Mark Pruitt was amazing to work with. He met with me after 5 on Monday to finalize everything and tried to get the new unit to me as soon as possible since I had no AC at the time. When he found out that they wouldn’t be able to install it until Thursday, he offered me a temporary compressor to get me going until they could install. This truly blew me away and I cannot tell you how much I appreciated his thoughtfulness and effort to take care of the problem.
